Week 46 This week we get the rib caps for the top wing

This is exactly the same as wek 9 which is repeated below
I decided to bend the rib caps and finish these before joining to two wings together. This is simply because it's easier to handle.
The rib caps were all steamed to shape. Notice the curve that matches to top of the ribs, and the little 'jiggle' at the front of the lower caps.
Here is the lower cap glued in place. Notice how my little 'jiggle' matches the shape of the front of the rib.
When all the lower caps are in place, glue the trailing edge in place, so that the front edge just touches the rear tips of the ribs.
